About Theo Frayne
I’m Theo Frayne, the founder of Ocean’s Reach Retreats. After years of working in design and graphics at Tindalls Art & Graphics, I found myself drawn back to the coast—where I spent childhood summers chasing crabs and collecting sea glass. I realized that while there were plenty of places to stay in Croyde, few truly captured the soul of the place. So, I started Ocean’s Reach to share the quiet magic I’d always loved: the golden light at sunset, the smell of salt in the air, the warmth of a hearth after a long walk.
Why This Exists
This website wasn’t built to sell rooms—it was built to share stories. Stories of families laughing over breakfast with a view, of writers finding their next chapter between the pages of a book and the rhythm of the tide. I created Ocean’s Reach because I wanted others to experience the same peace I found here. Every property we feature has been visited, felt, and loved by me—or someone I trust deeply.
